Lonnie Crittenden
Hampton, VA
A speedster in his heyday, Alonzo Crittenden was timed in the 40 yard dash at 4.5 seconds. He was a wide receiver who had 8 TD's, 86 catches and 1,292 yards in two seasons at UTEP in 1970 and 1971. In 1969, Lonnie led the nation's junior college receivers at Hutchinson Junior College in Kansas with 54 catches for 1,207 yards in one season.
Lonnie's football glory days were long ago, but you wouldn't know it by looking at him these days. Lonnie was a top 10 finisher in the male 50-54 age group of the AARP Triumph Classic Triathlon and he started taking Lurosil to support his athletic longevity.*
